Ascape Landscape and Construction is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company specializing in commercial landscape construction and commercial landscape maintenance. This Landscape Estimator position comes with a robust compensation and benefits package, with a yearly starting salary between $65,000-$75,000 per year commensurate with experience, with opportunity for growth. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, and a 401k with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

Requirements for the Landscape Estimator position at Ascape Landscape and Construction Corp.:

• 2-4 years of construction experience for landscape and irrigation projects
• Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation and construction customers
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office Suite and comfortable with learning new technology

Preferred qualifications for the Landscape Estimator position (not required but a plus):

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management
• Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Responsibilities of the Landscape Estimator at Ascape Landscape and Construction Corp.:

• Gathering, calculating and compiling take off data for use in bid proposal estimates
• Preparing estimates
• Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Utilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to management
• Following the sales process through estimation to completion, conducting follow ups with clients as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
