ASC Administration is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near Saddle Brook, NJ

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Essential Skills and Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Ability to grow positive relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels including vendors
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, provide calendar management, conference calls and appointment scheduling
  • Research specification projects, obtain lowest quotes
  • Light accounting and processing of invoices
  • Ensuring support for the management and field workforce
  • Organization of digital and physical files

Requirements:

  • Skilled with Microsoft office, Excel, Word - A MUST**
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
  • Administrative Assistant must be able to multitask
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish, preferred but not required
  • Administrative Assistant must have strong communication skills
  • Administrative Assistant must be dependable, people oriented and professional
  • The Administrative Assistant must wear professional business attire, polished

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and making routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
