The Finance Assistant's primary responsibility is to support the Sales Managers and SEMs by submitting and populating contracts, ensuring all required documents are included in the deal folder, as well as take down payment/deposits and provide copies to the client. Finance Assistants meticulously review all deals for errors, imperfections, or miscalculations to ensure that they are processed accurately and timely.
Processor duties also include:
  • Faxing, emailing, and mailing documents as needed for funding and record retention
  • Punching/cancelling warranty products
  • Filtering finance phone calls
  • Cleaning deals/ finalizing/ sending deals for funding
  • Requests from BDC
  • Prepping recontracts
  • Prepping Mavsign/Dealer Doc deals
Processors are expected to:
  • Maintain relationships with lenders as you work with them to fund deals
  • Adhere to all local and national regulations
  • Understand lending and regulatory guidelines
  • Work with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered
  • Deal with local and national bankers
  • Understand tag and title laws; DMV
  • Have a niche for detail and advanced organizational skills
