Position Summary:
The Receptionist/Business Office Assistant is the face of Westbrook Place when visitors and or venders arrive to the building. Customer service with a smile is the key for this position.
Responsibilites & Duties:
- Phone management
- Resident funds & Petty cash
- Accounts payable assisting
- Communication with families and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with duties that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Basic computer skills with excel knowledge
- 1 years of experience in healthcare
