Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Maintenance Technician who will primarily work as a technician but will also function as a production associate and trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track equipment performance and implement necessary adjustments including setup, calibration, and alignment.
• Troubleshoot production equipment problems and communicate with maintenance/repair technicians to resolve issues.
• Compile data associated with the performance of production equipment for reporting purposes.
• Assist in training Production Associates in entry-level troubleshooting and fixes.
• Perform Planned Maintenance for machinery.
• Work as a production associate during planned maintenance and machine fixes.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience in MS Word, Excel, and related software.
• Ability to run and troubleshoot automation equipment.
• Strong people skills – able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a production environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to apply analytical and interpretive skills to production problem solving and efficiency.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift 8AM-5PM for up to 6 months.
• Must be a self directed individual who is also a self starter.

2nd Shift is 4PM-1AM Monday through Friday.
