The Centralized Service Technician (Floating Maintenance Technician) is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.

Responsibilities

As Floating Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service. #mc
