Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in Dentrix (office operating system)
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with Dental scheduling and appointment reminders
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is preferred
- Proficient in using Dentrix or other dental office management software

- Strong knowledge of Dental terminology and dental procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
