We are seeking an experienced customer-focused individual who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced office, is oriented, has great organizational skills, is willing to learn & must be extremely dependable. This role offers a great opportunity for learning and growth. Must have problem-solving skills. You will answer multi-lined phones, take messages, call customers & schedule appointments, assist with any other office duties.
Good grammar and communication skills are required. Prior CSR/Dispatch experience is needed. Computer skills, including e-mail, Word and Excel, are necessary, and ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
