CKE is Hiring an International Development Business Analyst Near Franklin, TN

POSITIO N SUMMARY
The Development Services Manager supports International Development by leading unit tracking reporting, creating presentations, and conducting analysis for International Carl's Jr. and Hardee's restaurants. This role requires maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and functional new unit tracking and remodel status reports while ensuring there is prompt and precise communication of information to internal departments, external partners, and franchise owners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for compiling, tracking, and maintaining all data for more than 1,100 Carl's Jr. and Hardee's International restaurants, including physical/geographical, site, building, construction, and remodeling information.
  • Manage and maintain the CKE projects (e.g., SiteFolio) system to support the development team and regional partners and ensure the accuracy of pipeline reporting.
  • Lead process improvements and use of business intelligence tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Support executive management through research and analysis of restaurant and franchisee data on a regular basis.
  • Support the creation of development-related spreadsheet analysis and power point presentations.
  • Regularly and directly communicates with CKE management, franchise owners, operators, and employees by phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Manage special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned in order to respond to changing business conditions and/or system requirements.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the Retail, Restaurant, and/or Real Estate sectors, ideally in a data-driven role requiring analysis, interpretation, and communication of insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic; approaches tasks with a proactive "can-do" attitude and shows a commitment to seeing tasks completed to the highest standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management (internally and externally), vendors, suppliers, and franchise owners and operators.
  • Strong writing skills; uses an appropriate writing style, language, and vocabulary, as well as proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation in order to create business correspondence, emails, and summaries.
  • Expert fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (skilled in Excel calculations, formulas, formatting, data manipulation, and interpretation, as well as customizing reports as needed).
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business priorities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Restaurant Support Center is a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment where one must be able to continually assess and appropriately adapt to changing conditions and/or circumstances.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Constant interaction with internal and external partners by phone, in person and/or via electronic communications.
  • Ability to lift and/or move approximately 30 pounds (file boxes, packages, materials, etc...)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time, typing continuously, and answering phones while multitasking.
