Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispensing Operations Manager to join our team. As the Dispensing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Medically Integrated Dispensing. You will work closely with Providers, Administrator, and Dispensing Technician to ensure efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain dispensing software, ensuring upgrades and training occur reguarly.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, procurement, and storage.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with clinic and dispensing policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's degree preferred)

-Licensed Pharmacy Technician (Kansas)

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
