The Accounts Receivable team is engaged in successfully collecting balances due, accurately applying payments and maintaining customer accounts in a professional and organized manner. Our team goal is no accounts over 30 days past due thereby maximizing the Company’s cash flow. We strive for accurate customer payment application providing customer confidence and loyalty; and we are customer-service focused with 24-hour turnaround response time. To land this gig, you’ll need a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is preferred. You will work a hybrid schedule where you will be commuting to the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily cash application process which includes:
• Process the daily Lockbox and apply payments to customer accounts in Microsoft Navision.
• Apply customer ACH and Wire payments to customer accounts.
• Handle Credit Card payment activity including daily prepaid orders and declined transactions.
• Research payments thoroughly identifying the correct customers and invoices.
• Process daily credit memo refunds.
• Research and answer questions related to the bank reconciliation process.
• Maximizes incoming cash flow through:
• Maintaining immediate and open communication to address all customer concerns.
• Using in depth knowledge of accounting techniques.
• Ensuring financial integrity through superior customer account management.
• Providing customer service to resolve account issues and obtain payments
• Researching issues and resolving with competency

• Proactively seeks continued education and learning opportunities to achieve job mastery
• Identifies improvements to current workflow and implements new processes to continue evolving Arteriors’ environment
• Works effectively with peers and across relevant departments, ensuring mutual understanding of the task purpose and the impact on Arteriors
• Actively clarifies opportunities and overcomes obstacles through:
• Enthusiastically working to identify the root cause of problems utilizing valid data and established problem-solving techniques to ensure problems will not reoccur

This job might be for you if:

• You have 3-5 years of accounts receivable for other relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
