Salary Range: $16 - $18/hr based on experience and interview

Schedule: 24/7 Call Center - Various shifts M-F and rotating weekends REQUIRED. 

Responsibilities

The Houston, TX Call Center is responsible for fielding inbound sales calls from potential customers across the country. Our phone lines are open to accept and convert warm leads into happy customers in every location we do business. If you have the personality and the drive, we have the work-flow to make the sky the limit. 

Customer Service Representatives can expect:

Qualifications

• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at interview)
