DutiesPerform in-process design validation and provide training to production on standard work, inspections, test plans and print reading. Ensure compliance to product, process, and system requirements.Perform First Article validation and checks. Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.Maintain all controlled document files and test records accurately.Assist in writing, controlling, and updating inspection and process procedures, protocols, and checklist. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:Applicant must be able to read blueprints, micrometers, and calipers.CMM and ISO experience preferred.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Application, specifically Word and Excel.Good arithmetic skills are required, previous training in SPC and metrology a plus.
