Arrow Service Team is Hiring a Business Development Associate Near Bismarck, ND

Key Responsibilities:

- Building relationships, develop and maintain sales routes

- Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities

- Organize and schedule consistent business-to-business visits

- Create and maintain customer loyalty programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Energetic and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills

- Outgoing personality with the ability to build strategic relationships

- Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to adapt and learn on the job

- Previous experience in sales or business development preferred, but not required

Physical Demands:

Pay:

  • Base salary, DOE, plus commission,

Schedule:

  • 40 - 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, generally from 8am to 5pm, but may vary to accommodate event participation outside these hours. Travel required (using company vehicle).

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (minimum)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Arrow Service Team started as a small carpet cleaning company in 1979. Over the years, we have grown to over 65 employees and have expanded our services to include fire & water damage restoration, mold removal, trauma, and emergency board-ups. We also continue to clean residential and commercial carpets and HVAC and ductwork. Core family values make Arrow Service Team grow year after year. We have a fully trained in-house team of disaster restoration specialists, including water mitigation techs, fire restoration techs, finish carpenters, flooring installers, painters, and carpet and HVAC technicians.
