Position Summary

The Regional Vice President of Administrative Operations overseas the recruiting, onboarding, candidate entry, quartermaster, and region adherence to policy for attendance and enforcement. The position is in our NYC Region. We are seeking a talented and hard-working person to dive in and ensure the service we provide is exemplary. This is the roll up your sleeves type of position. Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of operations experience at a Vice Presidential level
• Strong customer service skills
• Executive level leadership abilities

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the Onboard, Recruiting, and Quarter Master staff.
• Drive documentation of policy, attendance, and KPI management
• Work with the RVP Operations Management to optimize operational metrics for OT, Open Shift, and Attendance.
• Security Industry experience is not required although the candidate must be able to demonstrate skills and experience equivalent to or exceeding the position
• This is a 24 hour a day business that never closes.
• Conduct proactive evaluations of risk management and risk mitigation
