Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and execute a detailed sales and marketing plan aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding patient enrollment.
• Build and sustain relationships with key community stakeholders, including referral sources and payers, to foster long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure business initiatives align with clinical operations.
• Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and strategic improvements.
• Craft and present compelling presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote our services and secure enduring engagements.
• Maintain meticulous records of CRM data, expense reports, and strategic sales plans, including annual and quarterly updates.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health.
• Demonstrable track record of strategic sales or business development achievements, especially in healthcare settings.
