Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18/hr-$21/hr (depending on experience)

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

HB Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representativeto join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and courteously.
• Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Handle invoicing customers' orders (mail, cash, checks, and credit cards).

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
