Role Purpose:

To provide the client’s clinical staff with patient and administrative support, as directed.

Job Description:

Certified Nursing Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, and bowel and bladder care

· Take and record patient vital signs and weight

· Observe and record patients’ conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor

· Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices

· Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients

· Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques

· Treat all patients, family, and other visitors with respect, and always engage with them in a tactful manner

· Comply with all safety and health regulations

· Listen to patients regarding any health concerns they might have and report details to a Registered Nurse or Doctor

Position Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program

Experience:

Minimum of 3 months of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, preferred.

Skills & Certifications:

· TB Clearance within the past 12 months

· Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate

· Valid Driver License

· Access to an insured vehicle

· BLS CPR

· Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination as required by federal mandate or approved request for reasonable accommodation for medical or religious exemption.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Pay Rate: Competitive based on experience
