As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you're expected to excel in your position. This encompasses:

• Delivering patient-centered care under the supervision of RNs and LPNs
• Assisting patients with their daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and transferring
• Monitoring and recording patients’ vital signs, health conditions, and daily behaviors
• Engaging with patients and their families by providing emotional support and encouragement
• Assisting in the implementation of patient-specific care programs
• Observing and reporting changes in patients' health status to nursing staff
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting their rights
• Ensuring clean and safe environment for patients
