Our Baristas provide a personalized customer experience that is happy, fun, and energetic. The goal is to make sure that everyone always leaves a bit happier!

No previous experience is necessary. We will train people with a desire to be their best every day and grow with us!

Essential Duties, include but are not limited to...

· Responsible for tasks unique to each shift and it's corresponding checklist

· Preparing handcrafted coffees, lattes, Rush® Energy drinks, food to our high-quality standards

· Responsible for cleaning of workstations and coffee house throughout shift

· Having energetic interactions with all customers that fuel their personal energy and maintaining the highest level of expert customer service

· Handling cash with safety and security during each shift Effectively communicate with our customers, baristas, management, and owners

· Maintain a highly sanitary and organized work area Work well with others including being the best teammate that always does his/her fair share of the work

· Has reliable transportation and a history of on-time attendance

· Able to understand the customers' wants, ask the right questions to ensure you understand the customers, make suggestions to customers to serve the FRESHEST products while having a great time Qualifications and Skills

· Ability to learn quickly through hands on training

· Ability and willingness to be an A coworker

· Strong communication skills to be used with your teammates during each shift

· Happy and upbeat personality!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
