We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering food orders, and other goods to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent biking skills, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery instructions and address any concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and answering questions about deliveries.
Collect payment from customers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery bike.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
Ability to lift and carry packages and goods up to 25 pounds.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
