Full-Time & Part-Time positions available as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers.
Seasonal Drivers from September to December

The company is an E-Verify employer. It is a government-run, web-based system that allows employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position

• Must be 21 yrs. old or older
• Load vans and deliver packages in all weather conditions: safely & punctually.
• Preferred driving experience: 1 Yrs of driving experience within the last 3 years (regardless of the type of vehicle driven. Step Van, Box truck, Straight Truck experience preferred. Cargo Van, Uber & Lyft driving experience acceptable.)
• Acceptable driving experience: Any (for certain smaller vehicles, for example ford transit/ mercedes sprinter). We do train new drivers (PAID TRAINING)
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam & MVR (Paid by Employer - Required by FedEx Ground). Will provide Clinic near your location
• Must be ok with ongoing random drug test
• Must be willing to undergo a background check (Paid by Employer - Required by FedEx Ground)
• Must be able to start work at 8am
• Previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx Ground, or DHL is a plus
• If already active in the FedEx system, the processing time will be reduced.
• Perform Pre & Post Trip Vehicle Inspections

Opportunities & Responsibilities FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position

• Opportunity to grow within the company (management, lead driver, mechanic, trainer and more).

• Able to lift 75 lbs without assistance; up to 150 lbs with the assistance of a dolly/ other safety equipment.

• Deliver packages to both homes and businesses timely.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position

• Pay: Hourly pay: $18-22/hr and Daily pay $180 - $240 /day (potential to make more with overtime, 6 day schedule, contingencies, bonus & incentives)

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• 5 day schedule
• We offer 4/10 schedule
• Must have Weekend Availability (one of the two weekend days. with advance notice & approval, it is possible to request weekend off every on as needed & as approved basis)
