The Information Technology Department of Arnold & Porter has an opening for an Information Technology (IT) Analyst in the New York office. The IT Analyst provides quality and consistent front-line, technical end user support services in a professional and responsive manner, including troubleshooting assistance, problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection, and/or visits to user locations. The IT Analyst must take ownership and provide timely resolution of all incident tickets and change orders. This position interacts directly with other IT groups to determine the proper solution to an issue, sets up for quality assurance testing of new hardware and software for existing and new users, and performs other related duties.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
