Location: 1770 Hempstead Road, Lancaster, PA 17605/ Hybrid
Hours: Typically, Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week with overtime as required
Status: Salary Non-Exempt

This position’s primary responsibility will be to assist with sample order data entry as well as create orders and give status of order or the material availability of the order. Daily interaction is by telephone, email, and live chat with customers within a call center environment.

• Processing customer orders, returns, debits, and credits, and quality resolution on all issues in a timely manner
• Perform various customer service duties including but not limited to assisting customers in determining order requirements, product availability, answering customer order related inquiries, providing samples, providing direction/selection assistance, completing sales transactions, and order tracking

• Identify inquiries and seek information from appropriate internal departments to gather required information
• Back up support within the Customer Service department as needed

• Maintain small to medium accounts with low-medium complexity
