Your role will be to provide consistent, effective treatment in a manner that is both professional and meets the clients' needs without regard to the personal needs or views of the therapist. You will also provide coaching and general supervision to therapists in your team.. As a member of the clinical department, you will work with other quality therapists and report to our assistant clinical director.
