Armin Dental of Riverdale, LLC is Hiring a DENTAL Front Desk Receptionist Near Silver Spring, MD

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in dental office setting.

Duties:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Process billing and insurance claims, Medicaid and PPO
- Utilize Dentrix software system
- Handle administrative tasks to support the office operations

Qualifications: Bilingual English and Spanish

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service protocols
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or other medical/dental software systems is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
