JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will support the Armada Hoffler marketing and communications team to develop and manage marketing and communications programs aligned with corporate objectives as well as specific properties/projects in our stabilized and development portfolios. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. The incumbent should possess a general business knowledge and a passion for evolving a department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting and is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
