JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will support the Armada Hoffler marketing and communications team to develop and manage marketing and communications programs aligned with corporate objectives as well as specific properties/projects in our stabilized and development portfolios. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. The incumbent should possess a general business knowledge and a passion for evolving a department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist marketing and communication team in building and executing property-specific marketing campaigns (overall strategy, asset development, campaign automation, execution, reporting, and analysis).
• Oversee property specific event planning and execution in conjunction with appropriate officials and tenants.
• Act as liaison for the property/project communications with the retail and office tenants; promote tenants' sales, specials and events through channels such as community newsletters, e-mails, social media, and on website.
• Manage social media strategy and implementation for various properties/projects.
• Continuous review and management of all Armada Hoffler properties (entire portfolio and construction projects) to ensure property level marketing meets brand standards.
• Work with agency of record to produce, maintain and update all marketing materials.
• Coordinate with website teams on creation, content uploads and ongoing management.
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and reports.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items, ensuring all resources are current and accurate
• Stay abreast of market trends and insights, and participate in knowledge sharing to keep teams well-informed of the fast-evolving digital landscape, new solutions, competitor behavior, and best practices.
• All other related activities as assigned.

*SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred
• Exceptional project management, and time management skills - highly organized, detail-focused, results-driven, and accountable
• 2-year minimum experience in a marketing role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Flexibility for occasional weeknight and weekend hours for event purposes
• Experience working with budgets
