Armac is in need for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Candidate for this position must have previous Accounts Payable experience using Quickbooks.
Candidate should have:
- Quickbooks- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
- Detail oriented- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to review invoices for accuracy
- Ability to match purchase orders to invoices
- Capability to Multi-task
- Problem solving skills
- Communication skills- must have strong communications skills in speaking & writing professionally
- Ability to communicate with outside vendors & accounts in a professional manner
- Possess excellent filing and administrative skills
- Data Entry Skills
- Time Management Skills
