Armac is looking for a Medical Intake Coordinator / Medical Biller who has experience in:

• Patient Intake, Verification of Benefits & Authorization- able to understand and reiterate insurance information & policies
• Billing out Medical Claims - Billing electronic and paper claims- Completing the actual billing and submitting claims
• Scheduling Appointments- Knowledge of NJ is a must (routing drivers)
• Patient phone calls- heavy volume of calls at times; professional speaking, etiquette and demeanor
• Billing claims in the DME & O&P field is a MAJOR PLUS
• Scanning
• Strong work ethic
• ICD10 Knowledge
• HIPAA Experience
• Email, chat and web programs
• Excel

This is a fast paced role and candidate must possess the professional temperament to handle stressful situations and day disruptions. This intake/biller position is within our CPM Department. They will be handling orders for CPM Machines, cold therapy, braces and more.

Candidate MUST BE detail oriented, have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, can multi-task , knowledge of Medicare Guidelines & policies, Microsoft Word & Excel.

Candidate MUST have great computer skills. 

Armac has a fast paced environment that will keep you on your toes and be busy the whole day.

This is a FULL TIME position Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm, no exceptions and must be on time to work
