**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk during the night shift, ensuring all end-of-day procedures are accurately completed. **Duties:** - Conduct night audit processes, including posting room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by balancing departmental operating data. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. - Assist in preparing financial reports for management. **Experience:** - Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. - Proficiency in using phone systems and night audit procedures. - Strong customer service and guest relations skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
