Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out using our computerized system
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and facilities
- Assist with reservations and booking arrangements
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order entry, and filing
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working as a clerk or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with computerized systems for check-in/check-out procedures
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
