Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assigns and inspects the work of Plumbers and Trades Helpers; initiates corrective action to secure satisfactory standards and timely project completion
• Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules and procedures for equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Operates reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes and other plumbing equipment and hand tools.
• Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions and repairs or replaces when necessary. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): 

• Knowledge of PRVs, steam, vacuum and air, heating and chilled water systems.
