Purpose of Job:

• To provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of the Benefit Department.
• To back-up receptionist with walk-ins.
• To help maintain accurate data inside our agency platform.
• To assist in the retention of existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Benefit Team in documenting all transactions in our customer management system.
• Process Benefit mail and distribute to the appropriate agent.
• Process change, billing, & cancellation requests for clients.
• Provide customer excellent service at all times.
• Communicate with team members in a professional manner.
• Learn specific company coverage offerings.
• Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Forward calls to appropriate Benefit agent.

Performance Measurements:

• Semi-annual performance reviews will be conducted which entail, but are not limited to, processing efficiencies, workload management and account retention.
