J3 Insurance is a growing, locally owned, independent insurance agency that's looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager or Commercial Lines Service Representative to our team. The ideal candidate will have her/his property & casualty insurance license and must be energetic, professional, strong communicator and self-motivated. We're looking for a fast-learning team player with the ability to take positive direction from management. Attitude is everything here at J3. This is a full-time position (full time at J3 is 36.25 hours per week) with market attractive wage and benefits. Never work on your Birthday again (paid holiday), bring your dog to work on Friday, and have fun while you work in our comfortable, clean & attractive offices.

Responsibilities:

• Service and retain our commercial lines clients – calls, in person reviews, etc.
• Review policies for coverage accuracy and pricing/discounts.
• Process endorsements, renewals, claims, etc. relating to commercial lines clients.
• Work with, quote and issue new policies for agency producers
• Handle billing questions and concerns
• Keep clients happy

Pay: From $37,700.00 per year
