ResponsibilitiesClient Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their insurance-related inquiries and requests in a timely and comprehensive manner.
Policy Support: Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and coverage questions to ensure they have a clear understanding of their insurance plans.
Claims Handling: Process insurance claims and guide customers through the claims process from start to finish with empathy and professionalism.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all details are documented and updated in the system for future reference.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by actively listening, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service on every call.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess an active insurance license in North Carolina or be willing to obtain one.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation, follow processes closely, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
