Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team Monday thru Thursday and 1 Friday per month. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will involve greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using scheduling software (Eaglesoft)
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Restock coffee bar and patient's restroom

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred, but training available
- Familiarity with dental software systems is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
