We are currently searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This is a new position that will work closely with AZA United management to determine measurables which can be tracked through various organizational databases. This role will develop department and organization level dashboards through Microsoft Power BI, and build reports and present data that will help leadership make business-related decisions. Candidates can chose a work schedule of between 20-40 a week (full time hours will include additional IT related projects).

General Job Duties Include:
Update and develop organizational data dashboards.
Work with departments to identify data sources to build metrics upon.
Develop data (DAX) queries for new business intelligence metrics.
Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.
Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
Assist IT Department with maintenance of organization systems and projects.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
High School degree or equivalent required; some college preferred
Minimum one year of experience in data modeling/warehousing and developing visual reports based on data required
Microsoft Certifications preferred
Experience supporting a health care environment a plus
Technical Experience: Microsoft Power BI (Required); Microsoft Excel (Required); Microsoft Word; Microsoft Teams; and Microsoft SharePoint
