This company provides end-to-end IT services for small and medium sized businesses in the area as well IT services for high net-worth individuals. This position is a Tier 1/Tier 2 helpdesk role where you'd be providing end user support to the customer base on a daily basis, both remotely and on-site in person when necessary. Candidates must live in the area and have reliable transportation to Santa Barbara.This position is ideal for the candidate who wants to learn and grow into a more senior level senior admin/senior engineer position. There's plenty of room to advance.Salary goes up to $70,000. QualificationsCandidates that have experience working for an MSP/IT consulting company are highly sought after1-2 years of experience in IT end-user supportExperience with Microsoft Active Directory administration and supportExperience with Office 365 administration and supportExperience with MDM management such as InTuneBasic network support skillsExceptional communication skills both verbal and writtenAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
