Job Description

We are currently working with an IT consulting company that has a key customer in Pompano Beach, Florida. 

This company provides end-to-end IT consulting services for financial customers (private banks, hedge funds, private equity firms). In Pompano Beach, they have a customer who needs an on-site service desk technician to provide in person, on-site tech support each day.

This is a position for someone who loves providing desktop support to people on a face-to-face basis.

Qualifications

• 1 years of helpdesk support work on a face-to-face basis
• Experience supporting end users in person and on-site
• Experience troubleshooting the Microsoft Windows stack
• Experience with basic Active Directory experience (add/delete users, password resets)
• Basic experience with network troubleshooting
• Exceptional communication skills

Salary is in the $50-$60,000 yearly with great benefits.
