About the Position: The Client Project Manager position will be responsible for coordination of projects for new and existing clients, ensuring appropriate site set up and execution of strategic initiatives for growth and site management. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and tracking of projects with hospital IT executives, hospital administrators, internal IT stakeholders, and internal client services colleagues.
What You’ll Do: To excel in this role, an individual must satisfactorily perform the duties below; additional duties may be assigned.   • Serve as the intermediary between client services and IT to tackle critical special projects for clients and overall account management efforts.
  • Oversee weekly reporting requirements and document maintenance for clients.
  • Document and track workflow requirements for clients and translate requirements with colleagues in other departments and applications.
  • Quarterback EMR migrations and provisioning.
  • Ensure appropriate IT and interface setup for clients (e.g., workflow automations and enablement of SFTP’s, HL7, and scanners).
  • Monitor existing dataflows and apply fixes as needed (e.g., manage issues with any chart transmission roadblocks and develop prompt solutions).
  • Lead information transfer process in company’s MOVEit platform (e.g., automating builds and updates, approving new requests, managing accounts).
  • Assist (Health Information Management department) manager with schedule reconciliations, identifying issues, and finding solutions when charts are not being processed as expected.
  • Coordinate with PHI (Protected Health Information) in terms of quality of information coming from hospitals and reconnecting with hospital partners when relevant data is missing from the interface.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, IT, management, or related field.
  •  2 – 5 years' experience. Research and analyze data, draw conclusions, and resolve issues. Preferred (not required) experience in using medical billing software and electronic medical records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in working with reports, spreadsheets and Excel.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines.
  • Strong Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Strong Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Strong Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
