Job Description:
As a Medical Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. In addition to reception duties, you will be responsible for collaborating and assisting the team with the day-to-day content for our social media platforms to engage with our audience, promote our services, and drive online traffic. You will also assist with various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the spa.
