ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst at ARETUM, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions.
ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Responsibilities
- Possesses strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce high quality deliverables and emails.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to thrive in a busy, deadline driven atmosphere.
- Desire to work directly with and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Federal Clients on a daily basis.
- Ability to quickly gain expertise in technical concepts and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Solid understanding of analytical tools and processes, requirements documentation, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder management.
- Basic knowledge of project support methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate key points with concision and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of and experience with agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting timelines and requirements; advanced research skills, curiosity to understand how systems or processes work end-to-end.
- Familiarity with IT and business policies, procedures, testing, governance, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience and proficiency with MS Teams, MS O365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Adobe.
- Ability to develop slides / reports and brief FNS Leadership on a regular basis.
