Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing MRI cross sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician.
  • Operates and monitors MRI equipment.
  • May assist in other areas as requested.
  • Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualifications
Job Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent
  • Training in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross Sectional Anatomy
  • ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible
  • Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry
  • BLS required
Preferred Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Formal MRI Education
  • Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment
