Network Engineers perform tier-three network support. This position monitors and controls the performance and status of network resources by using software and hardware tools, as well as by identifying and diagnosing complex problems and factors affecting network performance. This position provides guidance and direction for junior network support technicians.
Work Environment
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a Mathematics-intensive discipline, or a similar field. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
AND
Shift work and irregular hours should be anticipated.
All work will be performed on-site at MAcDill AFB, Tampa, FL
