The Accountant/Controller is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and providing financial guidance to management. They will prepare and analyze financial statements, budget, forecast, and manage the company's accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial operations of the company
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and internal control
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory
• Implement and maintain financial systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local, state, and federal regulations
• Work with management to provide financial guidance and support
• Report to upper management on financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with accounting software and inventory management software
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
