Arconic is Hiring a Commercial manager Near Norcross, GA
Arconic is currently in search of a Commercial Process Manager to join our Kawneer business in Norcross, GA. The position can be seated at one of our Kawneer offices in either Springdale, AR;
Harrisonburg, VA; or Norcross, GA. The Commercial Process Manager will have critical responsibilities across the North American commercial operations and will lead / support the delivery of strategic and tactical programs and projects including technology deployment, design and implementation of innovative processes, reevaluation and reengineering of existing processes, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will provide support, coaching and direction to the formulation and implementation of programs / projects that drive operational excellence across the commercial organization.
The position requires previous supervisory experience leading a team, strong process improvement credentials and ability to motivate / influence cross-functional teams.
