Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in serving as the main point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, scheduling of sales calls, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout your process. We are looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our products and schedule accordingly
• Outbound calling to past customers to set for future appointments
• Update customer information in our database
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Knowledge of Roofing, windows, siding and entry door systems (preferred)

$16-$20/hr depending on experience plus Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
