The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Executive Team including but not limited to Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer, VP of External Relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in facilitating daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
