This position is contingent on contract award. Arcadia Strategy Group (ASG) is seeking a Junior Counterintelligence Analyst to support a Government Customer.
Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a Junior Counterintelligence Analyst; specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to:
Work with other analysts to assess the foreign intelligence element (FIE) and/or international terrorist threats directed against Government personnel, resources, S&T, facilities and programs.
Support the production of tactical and/or strategic CI products to inform decision makers and for external dissemination throughout the USIC.
Develop liaison contacts within the USIC to develop analysis that supports the objectives and goals of the CI program.
Work with division leadership to contribute to the integration of field and headquarters analysis.
Support oral presentations used to convey ideas, facts, conclusions, estimates, and projections to a variety of USIC personnel.
Prepare a variety of written communications and documents at the direction of the CI management.
Engage with USIC partners and field elements regarding CI investigations to ensure investigative gaps are identified and to provide analytical context to collected information.
Qualifications:
Individual must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in intelligence analysis, which may be a combination of private sector, civil service, and/or military.
Individual must have demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, analytic standards and integrity, and analytic tools is required.
Special expertise, such as area or country specialization, foreign language fluency, or science and technology knowledge is desired.
The individual must have current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC; international political, economic, and military matters as they impact U.S. national security issues; and core analytical competencies to include critical thinking skills, strong collaboration skills, and a customer focus.
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college relevant to geopolitics, national security studies, or applicable physical sciences based on position is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
TS/SCI (polygraph preferred)
