Arcadia Strategy Group LLC is Hiring a Counterintelligence Evaluator Near Washington, DC

Location: Washington DC

This position is contingent on contract award.

Arcadia Strategy Group (ASG) is seeking a Senior CI Evaluator to support a Government Customer.

Primary Responsibilities: Serve as CI Evaluator to support the Counterintelligence Program; specific duties include, but are not limited to:

· Reviews and summarizes pertinent information contained in DOE personnel security files (electronic and hard copy) of applicants to high-risk access programs.

· Conducts research and analysis, maintains a detailed understanding of potential Insider Threat indicators, and collaborates with CI evaluators.

· Independently identifies indicators of CI concern based on a comprehensive understanding of CI indicators married with a detailed understanding of Insider Threat issues.

· Assembles and coordinates data in response to internal and external reporting requirements, leads to the field and other data base reviews along with financial assessments in support of assigned CI evaluations required to resolve CI anomalies.

· Produces detailed and comprehensive referrals to DOE and field elements.

· Conducts comprehensive and complex CI reviews of DOE personnel assigned to “high-risk” programs and offices, as defined in law and regulation.

· Works across divisions within headquarters, CI field offices and other CI elements to ensure coordination and collaboration involving all CI functional mission areas.

· Utilizes case management software to document actions taken and results of CI reviews.

· Coordinates with DOE/NNSA Personnel Security Offices to resolve appropriate issues associated with access recommendations.

· Interfaces with Senior Counterintelligence Officers (SCIOs) in the field, senior DOE staff personnel, DOE/NNSA officials, and US Intelligence community personnel.

· Presents evaluation findings to SCIOs and other DOE Program Managers, as necessary.

· Other duties as assigned within the scope of the CI mission.

Qualifications:

· Possess at least six (6) years of experience in counterintelligence (CI) analysis or investigations to include assessment of financial and other indicators of CI interest.

· Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills. Have a working knowledge of Executive Order 12333 and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) policies and guidelines.

· Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited college or university. Training in counterintelligence analysis or investigations, law enforcement investigations and/or personnel security related fields.

· Current TS/SCI (polygraph is preferred)
